Excellent customer service is and always has been my primary objective when working with customers and clients. Past business experience with corporate Canada and my owned and operated businesses have honed my skillsets for working with Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate.
Communicating with Seller Clients about activities on interest in their property or advising Buyer Clients of properties they could be interested in is done by personal visits, telephone, e-mail and/or text. Communication takes time but is a key component of Customer Service.
After 40 years of working in the property management business in the GTA and Western Ontario I have moved to my ancestral community of Barry’s Bay Ontario. I owned and operated a small property management business in Southwestern Ontario from 1998 to 2010 and from 2001 to 2015 I owned and operated a golf cart tournament fleet out of Mt. Brydges and Arnprior Ontario.
Professional membership in the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) has been maintained since 1980. I have had the honour and priviledge of serving on the Toronto Chapter Board of Directors and the London Chapter Board of Directors being London Chapter President in 1990/1991. It was a life experience to be President of REIC in 1991/1992.
Voluntary service includes the Mt. Brydges Lions Club, Caradoc Central Home and School Association, Tri-Township Canada Day Committee, Middlesex Community Living, Glencoe and District Curling Club, Family and Children’s Services of Renfrew County, the Madawaska Valley Lions Club.
In addition to assisting Clients with buying and selling all types real estate I am a keen promoter of the maple syrup industry and keep developing business in that area all across Ontario.
